I have my degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training and have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I run my own business that specializes in personal training, nutrition, contest prep, flexibility, injury rehab, and sports medicine/enhancement. I work out of Tikey Health, a wellness center and private studio. It is a beautiful facility that has state of the art equipment, cardio machines, and locker room facilities.
