About Me:
Fitness doesn't have to be a chore, in fact it can be downright fun. In my years of training clients of all ages and college club sports teams, it's become clear that the people who get the best results are the ones who are enjoying themselves. I push clients hard but always with respect. And of course, I always try to make it fun, educational and effective. If you are tired of cookie-cutter workouts, endless gimmicks on tv and diets that just leave you heavier and hungrier, I would love to work with you. A trainer since 2003, I'm certified by ACE and National Health And Fitness Advisory Board. Experienced in Olympic Lifting (trained at Olympic Training Center In Colorado Springs), aerospace physiology, and nutrition for healthy adults. Currently CPR, First Aid and AED certified. I can also train online or at your home if you feel more comfortable in that setting.
