About Me:
Hi everyone! My name is Jason Spencer and I am a 26 year old personal trainer and conditioning coach working out of the northern New Jersey/ Manhattan, New York areas. I have a bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Neuroscience, I have been a trainer for the past 2 and a half years (as of 2009), and have been involved in health and fitness all of my life. My 10 year athletic career (grade school through college) and science based college education have combined to provide me with great knowledge and experience as well as a genuine enthusiasm for all things dealing with health, fitness, and physical performance. Now, as a professional I am extremely excited and grateful for the chance to use what I\\\\\\\'ve learned to work with and improve peoples\\\\\\\' quality of life! In addition to being trained in CPR I am a certified personal trainer (ACSM), a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA), and a flexibility and corrective exercise specialist. I would love to motivate, coach, teach, and improve any and everybody interested. In all aspects of fitness. I can train for a large variety of goals and objectives ( no matter how general or specific) from weight loss to strengthening to fixing muscular and postural imbalances to athletic performance. I am very personable and will challenge and have fun with you at the same time! There\\\\\\\'s not a trainer with more enthusiasm, pride, and ability than myself.
