As an Amateur Figure Competitor, Female Bodybuilder, and Certified Fitness Trainer I take great joy in seeing others become excited about fitness. It is always encouraging for me when I see others become inspired to active their fitness potential. I was only 16 when I began weightlifting and I haven’t looked back since! Early on I decided I wanted to be a professional Female Figure Competitor. I was able to win my first female figure competition at age nineteen through dedicated hard work in the local gyms and consistently adhering to a rigorous weight training program. I am an active amateur figure competitor and a dedicated member of the National Physique Committee (NPC). Within the last two years I have begun competing in national figure competitions, with a focus set toward my ultimate goal: the title of IFBB Ms. Olympia Figure by age thirty.
