College Frat guy needs to tone up and build more muscle, but need a trainer

service required:
I need guidance in what i do, how many sets i should do and the speed. I want to improve my abs, obliques most importantly but would like to pump up my arms definately and detine my chest. I would also like the know what types of protein meals i should i eat, what i should avoid and all that. Hopefully for a low price, or free if a trainer has that warm heart.
