Custom Built Personal Training looking for General Managers and Assistants

Description: General Managers oversee the personal training department in one location, and is responsible for department sales and managing the personal training staff. For individuals with no sales background, we have a simple, easy-to-learn, and proven sales system that anyone with good fundamental fitness knowledge can master. General Managers earn salary (between $1,600 and $2,000 per month), plus commission and bonus; currently, the average General Manager earns between $55,000 and $60,000 annually, while top performers approach $100,000 per year. Top performers who demonstrate leadership ability will likely be promoted to one of our upper-level sales management positions, including Area Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, or one of our corporate recruiting or training positions. We are located in Miami-Dade-Broward-Boca-Lantana Planet Fitness health clubs.
