- Are you a personal fitness professional with an established clientele in the Cincinnati, OH area? Are you sick of getting "middled", giving up 40-60% of your hard earned fee to the gym or private facility where you currently train your clients? I have a solution for you.I own a 1400 square foot private fitness training facility in the heart of the affluent east hyde park area. This facility is located in the Hyde Park Mind and Body Center on Erie Ave. This building currently houses a pilates/spinning studio, a yogo studio, a chiropractor's office, in addition to several other "disposable income" services.I am seeking established personal fitness professionals who want to make more money from their current efforts as personal trainers. I am willing to rent my facility to you at a flat rate of $500/month or $15/session. Think about it, if you are currently performing, for example, 20 sessions per week at $50/session, and you are forced to hand over $25 to your gym for each session, you are paying over $500 PER WEEK TO THE FACILITY/GYM! I will NOT take a fixed percentage per session from you. I WILL allow you to dictate your own rates, give you full access to the facility, and allow you to train as many individuals as you want...all for the flat rate of $500/month. My facility is fully equipped with all of the latest functional fitness training equipment: multi-rack, funtional trainer, full selection of free weights and related accessories, rubber flooring, shower and restroom, etc. Plus, the building has more than ample private parking...a luxury in the hyde park area. Finally, if you are looking to grow your clientele, this area-and building in particular-is ripe for referrals and new business (which I currently cannot handle in my own private training schedule).
