Blueberry Muffins

.25 cup buckwheat flour
.5 cup oats
1 cup blueberries
.5 cup egg whites
1 scoop Vanilla Whey protein powder
1 tsp. Almond butter
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Makes 4 Muffins

Preparation Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put muffin cups into muffin tins or grease the tins. Mix blueberries and eggs together in a large mixing bowl. Pour milk into a mixing bowl. Mix in dry ingredients last. Spoon mix into paper cups in muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
